Ordering and Delivery
Orders can be placed directly online, via FAX or telephone. The easiest and fastest order processing option for products in the shopping cart is the online checkout option with the input of shipping and billing address, as well as instant downloading of digital products purchased. Payments are accepted via credit card. For payments via cheque or electronic bank transfer please contact us at rrcgroup@cglobal.com . 

Orders are usually shipped within two business days after date of order and date of payment. Digital products can be downloaded immediately.

Shipping methods are displayed and selected in the checkout pages when placing the order online. After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email with information about the order, including - as applicable - shipping date and method, estimated time in transit and confirmation of the shipping address. Returns
RCGLOBAL guaranties the quality and proper conditions of purchased products. In the event of any product that is damaged during delivery, RCGLOBAL will replace within 30 days after date of purchase – free of charge – the damaged product with a new version. This applies also to downloads of digital products. Books and CD-ROMs can be returned for refund within 30 days after date of purchase if they are still unopened and in its original condition and original plastic wrap. Downloaded digital products cannot be returned and are not refunded.
